Brenden Dilley

Example image - aligned to the rightBrenden Dilley is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, CPT) and has been certified since 2000.  By focusing on the mind & body as an interconnected mechanism, he has been successful in working with a vast array of people from all walks of life, including corporate CEOs, international athletes, and models.  His unique approach that comes from not only the science of health, but also his experience in working in the personal growth & self-help industry, brings the key elements together that allows his clients to achieve their goals and see results much faster than other traditional approaches.

Chad Mashburn

Example image - aligned to the rightChad Mashburn brings 8 years of experience in personal training to his clients.  Having worked with nationwide fitness organizations and with a background in personal growth, he combines these skills to bring fitness to both the mind and bodies of his clients.  Chad focuses on ensuring personal service and avoids any form of ‘corporate’ approach to fitness.  He understands that the desire to change the body goes hand in hand with growing mentally stronger, and this realization is the core rationale behind his personal training approach. 

Chad is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, CPT).
